Xbox console issue.

Okay so about 3 weeks ago i started experiencing issues with games on my xbox one s where it would freeze when putting me in games, backing me out of games and stopping me from loading games up. I cant even play a full game without it freezing. I came to
my xbox this morning and i cannot access anything on the xbox, not even the settings to reset it from factory settings. I have had the xbox 6 months and it has never been moved from the place it has been kept. I have tried all the different troubleshooting
methods including hard resets etc that should fix the problem but nothing seems to work. Is my xbox knackered after only 6 months. If so is there anything i can do to have the probelm resolved any other way?

I tried that but there was no second power up sound. The xbox then turned itself off

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Xbox One S is not allowing you to access your settings or perform any other actions. We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. If the power cycle does not resolve the issue, you can try performing a soft factory reset by accessing the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. The soft factory reset will
keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove all the profiles from the console. We will provide steps on how to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Be sure to let us know the results

How to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button.
Continue holding the BIND and
EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
