I see. That's odd that they need that info. But nevertheless, my friend, for you to take the console's ID you would need the console. :/

And did you ask them why they need that particular info if it's not an issue associated with your console directly?

Yes, and they keep saying they cannot escalate without that information. I have old CS emails for tech support and purchase receipts as well on the account.

To start with my account was hacked last week. I'm located in the U.S. and all of a sudden my account email is now associated with a russian email address. I contacted customer service. Filled out the forms and did the secure upload of the information. However, my xbox console broke down years ago and was thrown away so I no longer have access to it. Customer service says they cannot escalate my case without the console id.
