    Xbox Console Companion won't let me sign in since Xbox Live went down


    Hello. Ever since Xbox Live went down the first time this month, My Xbox Console Companion App (Windows 10) will not let me sign in. Instead, it will show a black box with the Xbox Logo and a "Please Wait" followed by it saying, "We can't sign you in right
    now. Try again later" and the Error Code: (0x409) 0x80131509. And when I try to go on Xbox One and sign in, it works fine but Xbox One games will not work properly and you can't play multiplayer. I just wanted to see if anyone else got this error. Is there
    a way to fix this? That would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Tried that. Does not work even if the services are up. Also doesnt let me sign in to games on Windows 10 that has Xbox Live.

    Please download the Xbox Console Companion app and let me know ir you can sign in to it. If you can, please try to open the Xbox App after signing in to the Xbox Console Companion and see if you are able to sign in to it or if the issue persists, please.

    Are you able to sign in on the Xbox Console Companion App or the Xbox (Beta) app? The Console Companion app has a section under Settings > Network (in the app) that will let you know the network status and if there are any issues connecting to Xbox Live.
    Can you let us know what it says in there?

    status “everything is now up”.....WRONG!

    I keep getting an error and it wont let me sign in at all on a one x since the live network went down. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
