    Xbox Console Companion Aspect Ratio.


    Here lately, I've been having trouble with the aspect ratio of streaming my Xbox to my PC. It connects fine, but no matter what I do, the aspect ratio refuses to change. It makes it all blurry and very difficult to navigate. I've tried resetting the app, turning my console off and back on, but nothing. Anyone have a fix? (Uninstalling not an option for this PC)

    May we know if your monitor is displaying recommended resolution? Settings > System > Displays > Scale and layout.

    Aspect ratio

    Hi, that is usually caused by something called overscan on the Tv, try looking for some overscan option in the Tv picture settings.

    If you're struggling please post the make and model of the Tv and I'll try to find more info, be aware that not all Tv's have this overscan option so you may be stuck with the cut off screen.

    You could try changing that to HDMI, it can sometimes help. If you lose the display totally then you would need to reset the display settings.

    Before going that route though, have you tried all the available HDMI port on the Tv ? If not then try a different port.
