Xbox Console Companian stream is green when streaming to a PC

Unfortunately, as of right now, the Xbox does not support any chroma key or green screen features on the console. If you’re looking to stream through the Xbox and use a green screen, you’ll have to do it through a PC instead.

You can't use mouse and keyboard while streaming. When streaming you are using the xbox console that is just showing in your pc screen.

I too am experiencing issues streaming to my windows 10 PC. I am on xbox app version 15.18.4004.00000 and i can connect to my console but when i try to stream games it tells me that streaming is disabled on my console when all settings are checked

Watch a stream while playing a game or stream the PC game you are playing?

If it's stream the game you are playing, no it's not possible. You can only use the Twitch app on the Xbox to stream Xbox console games.

To watch a stream on the console, it's easy, just launch the app, then log in, and find a stream you want to watch, then start a game on your PC.

I have this problem sometimes when I have been streaming my console to the pc without any problems suddenly it stops working.

I click remove next to the console on the streaming page and do a hard reset on my xbox and shut down my pc.

I then boot up my pc and turn my xbox on and search for the xbox on my pc on the streaming page of the companion app. This normally works for me.
