Xbox console ban and speaking to a human to sort it

There is no such thing as to speak with a person inside Xbox to sort out a ban, most ban's dont happen quick it can be from a previous action.

A couple of quick questions that may help point us in the next direction:

1) Is this an Xbox 360 or Xbox One console?

2) Was this console bought new or used?

Amabssadors are not employees of Microsoft. Even if you did speak to support, they could not pass on the request. As stated on the enforcement site, console bans are not eligible for a review. As far as rep, that has nothing to do with suspensions/bans. You can be completely green and still receive a permanent ban if you do something egregious enough.

How can they ban me and not give me a reason for the ban?

I've done nothing wrong it's just crazy I don't know what I've supposed to have done

So I have to spend £250 plus for a new xbox and no one can explain why the old one is banned, that's not going to happen

Never had a warning, issue, violation in all that time

As noted by other Ambassadors, Microsoft does not ban consoles on a whim. It's done in the case of extreme breaches of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct or the

Microsoft Services Agreement. Yes, it is possible for such a ban to be issued without any previous warnings, depending on the severity of the infraction. In the case of console bans, the most common reasons include (but are not limited to) modifications
made to the hardware or interference with Xbox Live itself. I'm afraid this is also not an isolated practice;

Sony, for example, also reserves the right to block devices from their services.

that's correct but we don't know what we have supposed to have done, no email explanation, I've read the terms and can see no reason for the ban that's why I want to talk to somebody to sort it out
