    I've had an issue tonight where I tried to use Discord like I do every other night and my console asked me to relink my Discord account. I go to settings -> linked accounts and see that my Discord is connected but needs to be relinked. I click relink account. Authorized Discord, go back to settings and still asks me to relink.

    I checked my Discord app and Xbox app and they are both properly connected. Try again on my console with no luck. I shutdown the console. Disconnected Discord from Xbox account and connected them back properly via Xbox app and Discord respectively.

    Boot up my console. Attempt to use Discord and again, asks me to relink my account.

    I've tried even connecting via Discord app on my phone and transferring voice to console and it fails.

    It is an endless loop of relink to fail to relink with no change.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    We understand that you are being prompted to relink Discord and Xbox account. Can we ask if you have tried the troubleshooting below?

    Power cycle console:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Then, try to check for update for both console and Discord app and install it.

    We are notified that this issue is still ongoing and the Team Xbox is still fixing this issue.

    We will update you once we hear update from them.

    Re linking discord to xbox

    Same. Linked xbox and discord profiles for months and then trying to connect to discord voice on xbox gives message that i need to relink accounts regardless of how many time i relink accounts. The manual dns fix doesn't work

    Guys they fixed it today! Just go to your linked accounts in settings and unlink it and then click on discord outside of settings on the Xbox and relink it on Microsoft edge and finally it worked today! I tried just hopping on today and hitting relink and that didn’t work you have to unlink the account completely and relink it and now it works!
