    Xbox connects to internet, but won't let me play online and messages can't be read.


    So recently we were affected by Hurricane Harvey... and everything was going fine for about a month I was playing with no problems whatsoever.... then all of a sudden our internet starts messing up... Everything else works on the internet with no problem
    including 2 ps4's.... everything except my xbox one... I have had our internet providers send customer support technicians to our house and even they say there isn't a problem.... The weird thing is it says "Its all good, your console is connected to the internet"
    and the internet has All of the bars full... Yet when I go to messages it will say "We can't get all of your messages rihht now. Check back later. I have been limited to playing my Ps4... I want to play my xbox. I can't join parties, play games or even read
    messages... My membership has not expired, nothing of that sort.... Do I have to buy a brand new xbox? Like I just don't understand, someone please help me understand.. Or find a solution, and please I don't wanna hear "Unplug your modem for 30 seconds" as
    If I haven't tried that at least 50 times... Thanks.

    Xbox fitness heart rate missing

    XBOX FItness says "Can't connect to internet" Even though I can test my connection 100 percent wireless 57mb down 12mb up...I play on Bf4 and Killer instinct online..BUT IT won't let me use Xbox fitness!! Very frusterating.

    I was just online about an hour ago and I just tried to get back on and it won't let me. It says it's connected to the internet but, I can't connect to Xbox Live now.

    I'm having the same issue today. It won't give me an option to connect to xbox live. My network connection tests are all good. I can see my friends online. It won't load my messages. It won't let me play multiplayer games(i.e. The Division Beta, Destiny,
    etc.) I know it's not my internet because I'm on my phone using my wifi to type this out.

    Hi, thank you for the response. Well, it wasn't just multiplayer games, it was Live, Bing, Youtube, NOTHING was accessing the internet even though the network connection read fine; I was constantly getting a message of "please try again". Now, foolishly,
    I decided to choose the option to lock down my account on the system and because nothing will go online it can't access the internet to verify my password, it won't even let me enter a password. I'm sorry for the late reply, I'm sure I probably have to send
    the Xbox in for servicing. Let me know what you think.
