    internet connection: connected

    xbox live services: up and running

    xbox multiplayer:

    NAT type: moderate

    server connectivity: Blocked

    this may impact your ability to play multiplayer games

    performance:

    latency: 174ms

    packet loss: 0%

    I can't play games online as example forza horizon 3 multiplayer is not working because of that.

    Hello

    I installed Forza Horizon 4 and i am unable to connect to the multiplayer

    In the xbox app The NAT-Type Shows Teredo unable to qualify

    and Serverconnection Blocked

    Does anyone have a similar Problem and/or the solution?

    Original Post     to better help more people. We need a bit more information regarding the setup, how is the device connected to the internet? Is it on a wifi network or hardwired? Let us know so we can get the correct path to a resolution!

    Hey Archilus thanks for keeping in touch!

    We suggest looking into
    Port Forwarding     since Port forwarding functionality is similar to the
    network address translation (NAT) except that it performs translation of only the port numbers. PC-Port-Forwarding performs everything on a Windows PC without any additional hardware or complicated setups of various components. Give it
    a shot and let us know how it goes!

    I did exactly everything you said. I factory reset my router and my router's security settings are off.The MAC address is clear.

    Hi, I would also try factory resetting the router and setting it up with lower or no security settings to see if that changes things. Then I would clear the MAC address on the console and try again.

    Have you tried tweaking your network settings?

    I would highly recommend contacting
    Xbox Support     about this problem.
    I tried tweaking my network. I tried troubleshooting my network and hit the button below my XBOX connectivity settings. No luck. :/
