    Xbox Connectivity Blocked - Can't Install Xbox Beta App


    Hello. My connectivity to Xbox Live Multiplayer on Windows 10 is blocked. This is a pain, because I want to play Halo: The Master Chief Collection, which I purchased recently, and as things are, I cannot even get past the first screen, as I receive a sign-in
    error.

    Under "Gaming" in Windows 10's settings, it says "Teredo is unable to qualify" under NAT type (Until I click "Fix It", afterwards it says Moderate), and under "Server Connectivity" it says Blocked.

    I have tried:

    • Clicking "Fix It"
    • Changing my NAT type to Open/Moderate
    • Updating Windows 10
    • Clean Booting
    • Restarting services such as IP Helper and Xbox Live Networking
    • Uninstalling the Xbox Beta App and Reinstalling (To which I have found that I am unable to reinstall it. I get the message "Make Sure You're Connected" followed by the error code 0x80072EE7)

    I am at a loss. Please help me.

    Heylo,

    please try this:

    netsh interface teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

    in cmd

    then click re-check network settings on windows 10 xbox live settings

    I didnt even know there was a BETA version... I am playing on teh Xbox App that was installed with my Windows 10. It is version 11.11.19012.00000

    Randomly again today, My Xbox Finally is seen by the app and I was able to connect. Now The issue is Party Chat STILL does not work. I try to connect to multiple friends and each time it gives me "Your Network Settings are Block Chat [0x89231806]". Well
    my NAT settings are open and I can party chat fine from my Xbox... cannot connect to others on Xbox via the app.

    Hey there,

    If you have an anti-virus program try adding an exception to it (You'd need to look at their help/manual to figure out how as it's different for each program) to allow the Xbox beta app permission to connect to the internet. Virus scanners can block programs
    they don't recognize and as the Xbox app is a beta one it might not be in their database yet.

    Nevermind, turns out Microsoft is blocking the VPN server I was connecting to, or the server somehow can't connect to Xbox services. I was also blocked from accessing the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store on PC. Anyway, switching to another server solved
    it.
