Xbox connected to internet but no services

My xbox is properly connected to the internet, the ports are right, it worked fine lastnight, but this morning I have no online features...

Ive already done the hoop dance that is che king everything. What is going on, and how long will my xbox be affected?

(FYI) There is currently a connectivity outage with ATT / Microsoft Xbox Customers.

It's a known issue and they're looking to get the issue resolved ASAP.

lost connection to xbox live, went to test network and under NAT i was getting unavailable with this url http://xbox.com/xboxone/teredo, decided to do a factory reset after trying other things first but now my console cant get past the update screen saying
error code: 0x80072EE2 0x000000000 0x00000200, nothing i do is fixing this....

There is no error code.. When we click on conect to xbox live it takes us to the network settings and connect to our wifi.. Usually after that is done it is supposed to connect us to xbox live but nothing happends
