XBOX Confused about my Region

If you're changing it from the website, change the region at the far bottom left corner of the website. The page likes to default to the US.

So, everything is set to my country as it should but for some reason it charges me in Dollars and i can't see anywhere the region i'm buying from, wich i assumed it took the region from my info.

Yes my info is correct, i checked everything and it's where it should be.

But for some reason, the store is still saying i'm in the US, evne if i set everything to my own country wich is not US.

You have to have a form of payment and are physically in the region you are trying to buy. For example, if I'm in Canada I have to have a payment method in Canada, I have to be in Canada and the store's region also has to be in Canada.

Scroll down and verify that the region in the lower-left corner matches your region. Sometimes, it may be in another region and it is affecting you.

Remove your payment information, re-add and update your billing address. After that, try again. If the problem persists, wait 72 hours before trying again. Also, try using another device like your phone and on another connection, please.

Apologies for the inconvenience. The most recent deposit included a fix from another team to resolve some user's deposit issues. This included a fix for users who had a currency mismatch issue, which caused the deposit to be placed in your previous payment
account.
