Xbox condole network and hardware

hello
everyone. I keep getting that on my xbox. I've already tried every option except for the offline one with the USB since I dont have a computer. I can't fix it I need help please. Do I need to get rid of it already and buy a new one?? Or can I get it fixed??
What can I do?? Please help. Thank you.

I understand this can be frustrating, especially after trying to resolve it for some time. Please try the solutions here:

Go down to Error code E102 and follow the solutions suggested.

If the error persists Contact support.

If you've tried all the options, you last recourse is to send the console in for repair (https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-device-for-repair)

You may not have a computer, but I'm sure you know someone that does, or you might even try a public computer such as those at a library. The restore factory defaults file is tiny (around 20-ish MB) and will fit on a very small USB drive. For the amount
of effort involved, I'd definitely give it a shot before sending away for repair.

My condolences on the loss of your father.

I am not aware of any free replacements for hardware that is out of the warranty period. If you want it repaired/replaced then you will be expected to pay the necessary charges. Unfortunately, hardware just breaks and many times it is not anything the
user does that causes it.

usually that is your router that is the issue.

go to settings and network and reset network and try again, you may want to factory reset your router too.

The Xbox one is a very high power condole but i would save up for the new Xbox
