Xbox companion console win 10 login loop when making new accounts

If you try to make a new account on the xbox companion console app, instead of taking you to the gamertag screen to create a new username, it asks you to enter your password again. Once you put your password in the same page pops back up and asks for it again. So it’s impossible to make a new account and i’m only able to log in to old accounts used in the companion app. Is there any fix for this?

Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly open File Explorer using the Windows key + E shortcut.

In the address bar paste the following line:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

If there are Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them. After removing the cache, try to start the Xbox app again.

Hi, that is Normal to the App Auto-Sign in your Xbox Account if your use the same Microsoft Account to make Login in your Windows 10, Try make this:

- Open your Xbox Console Companion App

-Click in Settings

- You go See Auto Login, put in Turn Off

The new xbox beta app is broken. On top of that xbox companion app just loops over and over when you try to start it.

Win 10 is the minimum requirement to run the xbox companion app.

My Xbox games do not show up if I login through the Xbox account when using a browser. However, the do show up if I use the Xbox Console Companion. App.
