Xbox community support system extremely poor

The support is ridiculous. Ive been trying for weeks. I paid for 7 things, recieved 0 and was charged for all of them. Then refused a refund. Two plus weeks and i can get zero assistance and rarely even to a real person. Ive called the bank and the game
manufacturer. Both state they cant help. Ive been hung up on twice by support after saying they would connect me to someone with answers. Ive wasted hours of my life trying to get a solution. Its an awful way to treat customers. It is purposely made to be
as difficult as possible and its gross.

my xbox went to a state where wont recognize the network that was set up, nor any of the accts on the xbox. and gotten zero help to get a phone number to talk to someone about it as everything says calling not available

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with your repair. Unfortunately, the only ones to help you on this would be a support agent. We recommend just keep trying. Make sure you have the service request number of order handy too.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I'm having similar issues.

I dont think sony or microsoft needed to release a console that was not ready and certainly nowhere near next gen,utter garbage. Downloads,patches,updates. Get it right first time,lord knows you've had long enough to do it,Battlefield 4 anyone lol,sure if
you can get by the lag lmao.
