Xbox Communication - Suspended Twice but can't find a violation

My son has had his communication blocked on xbox for 24 hours, then almost immediately again for a week. In the first instance, the "apply [for case review]" button eventually grayed out because a review was not allowed for 24 hour periods....but the
"apply" button still isn't working. Here is my issue.... I've looked through his profile and all of the communication he has had with the ONE friend he has been chatting with and don't recognize anything that would violate Xbox's terms. I mean...he's 11
talking to a classmate about their dogs, generic family ('how's your dad') stuff, etc. I don't understand what the problem is. He's not using a mic either. Is there any way to get clarity on what this issue is. Xbox and enforcement have set up a pretty
good system that prevents users contact them... Any insight would be appreciated.

Unfortunately the only point of contact is via the Enforcement website. Nobody on the forums or in Support, would be able to give you any information. As nobody has access to the Enforcement system.

Enforcement fo not read the forums either. All I can suggest is doing the case review and when you grt the opportunity to ask, ask what it was thst broke the code of conduct.

I dont think we as ambassadors have enough info to speculate about any apparent issue on Microsoft's end, since there is no official word in this.

There currently seems to be an issue with Xbox Live Enforcement handing out communication bans for no valid reason. In some situations the ban is lifted automatically, in other cases it is re-instated and then extended to a 7 day communication ban. It is
a troublesome situation. You can go here to check and see if anyone has filed reports against your account: Xbox Live Reputation
