Xbox communcations ban

On my enforcement and activity history it says i have no active suspensions. But i cannot communicate with anyone in any matter of form. I have communcated with support who claim i have an active suspension until january 25th 2018 but that must be a lie
as it does not say that on my enforcement activity.

Communication ban

Got a communcation ban, ban lifted 27 October it's now 19th and still no one has bothered to relpy or message me on Xbox. I have only just added a 12month to it not knowing I had the ban

If it was over 12 months ago, then it is not reviewable.

I always thought it was an evidence based system, and used to say the same to people on these forums.

It may tell you once the suspension is up and there is a handshake, instead of the ban hammer. If you click on it, you may see a greyed out area with reason for action and on the right of the grey area and arrow, clicking that may drop down the message/content
