    Hey, so I wanted to add a friend in by using the methods on the official Xbox website xbox.com. But every time, I click on any links, I will get forwarded to "beta.support.xbox.com" where there aren't any usable methods at all. Anybody know what to do?

    I am kind of new to the whole xbox workings and I just created my account a few minutes ago.

    Hi Felixx,

    I have no issues with logging in and navigating my Microsoft account on the Microsoft website. I have also logged out and logged back into Microsoft just to be sure, but have had no issues with doing so.

    Seems to be a problem on the Xbox network. I'm seeing other users get the same error message when trying to use the website.

    I just went to Xbox.com and was able to sign into my account and navigate around the settings.

    Are you able to go to account.microsoft.com and sign into your Microsoft account?

    The fact that you're having this issue on multiple devices and browsers is strange.
