Update 2015/02/07

I contacted CAPCOM-Europe over their support/feedback area.

They replied via email on the next day and asked for a picture of my Box, Manual (with code), CD and receipt.

One day after I sent those to them, I received a new code.

This code is working and I got my DLC yesterday.

So thanks again to everybody, and please people out there, do the same thing !

I have recently had the exact same problem with a 2nd copy of the game I purchased. (New and Sealed box) The first copy, purchased back in 2010 had no problem with the extra Add-On download.After contacting Xbox, they told me that the "game was no longer
supported in your region" (South Africa) I too have now emailed CAPCOM with a receipt and booklet copy and await a response.
