I did purchase a physical copy from BestBuy. I found the code and entered it and it keeps bringing up the following error. "Xbos-0x80150017-81a59d3e-acbd-4956-94f7-8352f1ffd9a9-2015/12/04 - 23:19:01 UTC. Thx.

I *JUST* started getting this error code when trying to access the store or games application on my Nokia Lumia 920. Any resolution to this besides hard reset?

As mentioned, I first noticed this last night when I had a notification on my store live tile that an application update was available (showing a "1"). When I touched the icon to download the update that's when I got the 805a8011 error. It said to log in
to XBOX.COM to fix it. However, no problem there. I then went into the game application, swiped to the right to view my profile and got the same error.

I reset my account password this morning, but it did not fix. Removed two step verification as well.

Very annoying.

1. Verify your Windows Phone's storage is not full or close to full. Make enough room on your phone if you are closed.

2. Ensure the date and time settings are correct.

3. Factory reset your windows phone.

• Navigate to Settings.
• Select About.
• Select Reset your Phone.

I have the Nokia Lumia 630 and I am having the same trouble with mine too getting the same code every time I try to go in too my app store
