Check to make sure that your mobile device is completely up to date as that should also keep the app store on your device updated along with the Xbox app as well.

I recommend re-installing the app and try logging in again. Make sure in your phone's app settings that you are allowing data sharing with the Xbox app as this could prevent logging in if you are blocking access to the app through your phone's app privacy
settings.

Based on the category I'm assuming you are referring ton the Xbox app on mobile, correct? If so, can you tell us what error message you are getting when trying to sign-in? Have you gone to account.xbox.com or account.microsoft.com and try to sign-in with
no problems?

Have you tried any other accounts and see if they sign in?
