    When I try to sign in to my xbox account at xbox.com on my phone it doesn't work. I click where it says sign in and nothing happens. Through an alternative app that I tried connecting my xbox account to, I got a message saying "Authentication Error ... Please
    visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account." However, I can't sign in for some reason so how do I fix this.

    You might want to double check that. The only time you can have the same email attached to two accounts is when its really the parent email over a child account or the email has been disassociated from the gamertag and attached to a new one. Phone support
    is likely your best bet if its been associated to a new gamertag.
