Xbox.com Runtime Error ???

Hi, every time I try to use xbox.com I am given a "runtime error". I have tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, multiple connections in multiple geographic locations and nothing has changed this. After about an hour I can load the xbox.com landing page but then if I try to navigate anywhere else or refresh it again returns the runtime error. The rare time that I don't get this error I instead get HTTP Error 431. Am I the only one? What is happening? What can I do? This has been happning all day long and there are no service alerts that I can find.

Please, in your current machine, first, follow these steps:

Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.

Then, access the site using Microsoft Edge (if you have it) or enable your browser's incognito/InPrivate mode.

Additionally, ensure that you clear your browser cache and cookies.

Well, the link just turns up a runtime error on the support/xbox.com site - so I can't say how helpful that suggestion is.

Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and reloading the page. If that doesn't clear up the issue, try using a different browser.

this happened on Wednesday the 5th an ive yet to hear from one of the xbox live tier 3s to contact me. can anyone that is getting this same error code view their account on xbox.com or does it give you a runtime error message like im getting also?
