Xbox.com getting more complicated and less helpful to use

Greetings,

Is it just me that thinks the xbox.com website is getting more and more complicated to use and less helpful?

I tried, twice, to compare my progress in a game to a friends and both times I did not get the result I was expecting. I was taken to the main site for the game which then listed the achievements, no comparison displayed. This was NOT what I was after.

Whenever I visit the site, it spends ages "trying" to load my messages (and always fails), ever since the message service changed to Skype there have been issues. These issues are, at least for me, yet to be resolved. I also have major problem when trying
to use the website to send a message, it is easier to turn on the xbox enter the message and send it rather than using the website. Even when trying to send a message from a tablet results in frustration rather than a sent message.

I stopped using the forums ages ago as they also became a right royal pain to use, and navigation would probably lead to another heart attack if I had continued to use the site.

Why are things that worked fine being broke and made so unfriendly users are avoiding them?

Oh! And there should be a category: Xbox Website (but maybe that would generate far to many complaints huh!?)

That doesn't make things any less complicated. In fact, that would just make buying free games even more complicated!

 

Fable vs Oblivion

Both are great series but Fable is more easy to get used , Oblivion is more complicated to get used but the best of both IMO.

I agree. The only time I use the site is when I can’t find the odd game in a search for some reason on my system.

 

I don't use the xbox.com website very much, but I have had issues with messages before, I am using Google Chrome, and Windows 7. So that could be the issue, not 100% sure though.

Just something I thought could be worth mentioning.
