Xbox.com Forums issues since Wednesday 11/19 around 5 PM

Hey folks! I've PM'ed Mister Fizzle on this, since he's one of the forums people, but wanted to post here too. There isn't an "xbox.com support" page, so there isn't really a specific place to post these types of issues. Hoping someone sees it here.

The Xbox.com Forums are having problems right now. The support.xbox.com page says the website is Up and Running, but this is an issue for myself and several people with whom I spoke to on Twitter last night - and I've logged in from three different locations,
so I know the issue isn't user or network specific.

The problem is, first of all, on the forums, the green "nav bar" is missing from the top of the page, including the big "Sign In" button, so the only way to get around this is to go to a DIFFERENT xbox.com page first, sign in there, then type in the address
for the forums. At this point, you are logged into the forums, but still have no Nav Bar. (It should be noted, this issue is somewhat SPORADIC this morning - sometimes the bar shows properly, sometimes not - but last night it was constant and wouldn't work
at all. This is a workaround, but definitely isn't how it SHOULD be working.

The other issue, when the green nav bar is blank at the top of the screen, there is an ERROR code at the bottom of the screen. It looks like this:
