Xbox.com doesnt recognize I bought the game

Hello,

I bought Halo Wars 2, with all DLC, a while back and now that its available for play anywhere I wanted to add it to my PC. I went online and can see I have all the DLC purchased but the game itself shows that I need to buy it again. Please help me get this
fixed.

hello guys,i'm new to the forum and im having difficulty after buying a game, bought a game with points and i tried many time to download it n it doesnt want to. it says the region im in doesnt recognize it. but it already took the microsoft points out of
my account, how can i get my points back? thanks

Hi, it's probably because you never bought the game. Hexic HD was the free game that was already installed on every Xbox 360 when bought. To get the Xbox One to recognize you have the game, you have to goto the xbox marketplace on either Xbox 360 or xbox.com
purchase it from there (Don't worry you will not be charged).
