Xbox.com automatically signs me out

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues. These types of issues often occur when you have a child account or are part of a family group. Please try the following steps.

And in the part of "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

If it won't let you log in to set up your account, there may be two reasons.

1. The date of birth of your account is underage, check it in this link:

2. You are a member of a family group, check it in this link

https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

If you are a minor, you must enter a family group and the family group administrator must configure your account in the same way that I indicated initially.

I'll try that, I don't think its an account issue as I just signed up for it today. It lets me back in every time. Its my xbox live acct I'm referring to not the netflix acct. Thanks!

Does this only happen on Netflix or is it happening everywhere?

If it happens everywhere, is there a chance that your xbox account is on another console?

If you are always being signed out and your account is on another console, there is a chance that every time someone tries to get online, they are kicking you off...and when you get on again, you would then be kicking them off.

You can click the "My Account" link on the top right corner of this page and try to change your password and try to see if that helps out.

If that doesnt work, you can try logging out of netflix and signing in with your password again.

Launch the Netflix app

Using the arrows on your controller, enter the following sequence: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

This will reset the app so you can re-enter your password and email.

The same thing could be happening if you shared your netflix account with a friend or family member and if they are trying to use the xbox app at the same time as you.

have you tried deleting the Netflix app, then clearing the console's cache? Then reinstalling. Make sure to clear cache after deleting. All services are up and netflix is up, so it looks like you have a cache problem, doubt its a billing problem but it
wouldnt hurt to check your billing information at xbox.com @ my account @ payment

I've tried deleting netflix erasing system cache then reinstalling netflix. Then I tried redownloading my profile, neither option has worked. Could it be a simple matter of poor internet connection? Any other ideas?
