Xbox cold war game share help please

? There is a warzone for cold war right?

Do you understand my problem? Please help..

I uninstalled modern warfare.

,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??

We understand that you are trying to upgrade your Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War on Xbox. If you have the Xbox One disk version of the game, you should be able to upgrade to the Xbox Series X version for free using the "Smart Delivery" feature. However, it sounds like you're having trouble with the upgrade process.



One thing you can try is to make sure that your Xbox One version of the game is fully updated before attempting to upgrade. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps.

Xbox one and game Cold War

Hi!

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

With resetting your console keeping your games and apps, Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

But before that, please follow the steps below first:

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that these packs are installed:

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4
