Xbox code scratched off

How rigerously do you have to scratch off the silver part of a code card to scratch off the code?!?!?

Yeah, so they haven't responded to the emails, and I am wondering if someone will be to help with that? Thanks anyways

Thank you for replying back. Just as previously mentioned by XBF Leo G, if you've already
Contacted Xbox Support and spoke with someone they should have provided you with a case number. If they did you will need to contact support again to follow
up about the issue and when you do provide them with the case number so they can be apprised of the situation. Here on the forums,
the ambassadors, moderators and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage cases created by the Xbox Support Team. They also do not have the ability to replace prepaid codes through the Xbox forums. If you require further assistance
with this issue you will need to Contact Xbox Support once again.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Are you referring to a support agent that you spoke with? If you are referring to a case that you have with the
Xbox Support Team, you would need to respond to any emails that were sent by the support agent. That is how you get in contact with them. Microsoft should have a case created
for this situation so if you do not hear from that person, you can contact the Xbox Support Team with your case number. The ambassadors, moderators and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage cases created by the Xbox Support Team. They also

Xbox Gift Cards should have a scratch-away or peel-away line on the back to reveal the 25-character code. (If it's scratch-away, always use caution when scratching off the obscurer, as you don't want to damage the numbers underneath, or there's no real
way to recover the code)
