    Xbox Code problem


    So I just installed the Xbox app and want to set up my console but it doesnt show me a code. I'm on a 360 Slim so idk if the setup applies to specific consoles. Does the console need to turn off for the code to show? If not, please tell me how to fix this if you can.

    What specific issue are you encountering? I'd suggest posting in the Connecting to Xbox Live Support forum if you haven't had any luck
    with phone Support, a lot of people with a myriad of tech knowledge frequent that area.

    The Xbox app is not compatible with the Xbox 360. The app only supports the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. To setup the Xbox 360, you will just need to follow the on screen prompts to get up and running.

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
