    Xbox club profile picture or background image not uploading properly


    Whenever i try to set a custom profile picture or background picture for the xbox club i am the owner of, it doesnt keep the changes whenever i reload the "friends and community updates" app.

    I have attempted to upload images on multiple days over the course of this week and they never seem to show up correctly, even though it is giving me a confirmation that the picture was uploaded properly.

    Thank you Stephanie for the quick response.

    I have tried everything you mentioned and even attempted using different images, but have always gotten the same result of finding the club pictures back at their defaults. As the pictures uploaded don't include any inappropriate visuals i am certain they do not violate the terms of service. I also tried transfering my ownership to a friend temporarily so he could upload the pictures for me, in case something was up with my profile.

    However that person also ran into the same exact problem of the background picture and profile picture not changing at all even after saving the changes, from which i have deduced that this issue must be serverside.

    If you could provide me with any solution regarding this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

    These are the important notes for your custom gamer pic to upload properly according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/profile/change-gamerpic-on-xbox-one

    "-Custom images are only available for adult Microsoft accounts.

    -Your image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels.

    -Custom gamerpics are subject to the Xbox Community Standards. Images that violate the standards can result in enforcement action by the Xbox Safety team.

    It might take a little while for your custom image to appear while we verify that it’s OK to use. (If it’s not, the image will be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)"

    Since it has been a week and it hasn't shown up, it might be possible that the gamer pic was not approved by the Xbox Community Standards. You may try uploading a different gamer pic to see if it will work.

    Hello Josef and hello to everyone else, I'm a Microsoft Xbox user as well. I'm here because I have a similar problem. I created a Xbox club named,"Nation Of Santa Blanca", I have been able to customize everything except my club profile picture. For some reason, I'm only allowed to choose from default club pictures. I want to put a logo as "Nation of Santa Blanca" club picture but nothing happens when I attempt to upload.

    My Xbox profile picture is fine

    My Xbox club background is fine

    My Xbox club profile picture is not fine when attempting to upload custom logo that should fit.
