    Xbox Club Privacy


    Hi, just a quick question.

    When using Xbox clubs the privacy can only be changed from public to private but not private to public. This is a problem because my club is private and this is making it very hard to grow the club. There are already too many members for it to be worth deleting and starting a new public club (Currently the only work around for this issue). Since there is no option to change this I am thinking that my only option is to get someone at Microsoft to make a change to the privacy on their side at my request. Does anyone know the best way I could make a request like this?

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not being able to join a club. At this point
    we have noticed a lot of club related issues regarding Forza horizon 4. It's possible that your privacy settings need a quick refresh. For example, go into your privacy settings to toggle your club/social settings from "Allowed" to "Not allowed" and then back
    to "allowed".

    Have you tried to manage Online safety
    or Privacy settings on your profile?

    Have you double checked that your Xbox One privacy settings allow you to join Clubs? Open up Settings, navigate over to "Privacy and Online Settings" (in the Account tab), and under Xbox Live privacy, check that you don't have "Blocked" for "Can join Clubs."

    How do I join a club on iOS if it says I can’t due to privacy issues

    Sorry your issues joining clubs. First is your account a child's account? If so, your parent need to change your privacy setting. If not , and is near your Xbox you can: go to setting>>>privacy &online safety>>xbox live privacy. You should see a setting
    for clubs.
