    I started a world on Oblivion through Xbox Cloud Streaming, and every single time I leave the game, It deletes all my saves! And yes I have been manually saving!

    Xbox Play Anywhere game doesn't support cloud saves - but that's an integral feature!

    Cloud enabled refers to Xcloud game streaming, not cloud saves.
