Xbox Cloud Saves Broken

Hi,

My Xbox One X died while playing a couple of Xbox 360 games (ME2 and ME3). Now that I have a replacement, whenever I try to play these games I'm told that "Items on another Xbox are waiting to be uploaded to this game or app. To use cloud storage, sign into
the Xbox you last played on and upload the items to the cloud." I can't do this as the Xbox One X was replaced and I have a new one in its place.

I've reinstalled the game on the new Xbox One X, but this has had no effect. I've tried switching off cloud saves on the original Xbox 360, but this also has no effect. Nor can the Xbox360 play these games, as it tells me the same thing.

Is there a solution that will let me play these games again?

From the sound of it, your Xbox One did not sync to the cloud as it stopped working during your gameplay. Your only option would be to start the games again.

Follow these steps.

Use a cloud game save on another console

Sign in to your Xbox profile.
Turn on Cloud Saved Games (see Step 1: Turn on Cloud Saved Games above).
Start the game with the cloud game save.
When prompted, select Cloud Saved Games as your storage device.

The cloud saves are inaccessible from any other console. This has been tried from different Xbox One consoles.

Thanks, but the console from which the upload is expected died and so cannot happen. Other Xbox One consoles cannot start the game as it is expecting the upload from the now dead console. Any attempt to start on another console (360 or Xbox One) is told
that the Cloud Saves are inaccessible until the upload from the dead console happens.

Thanks, but the problem has been going on for several months. It seems to be expecting an upload from a console that no longer exists.
