xbox cloud on laptop, why doesn't it work?

I plugged my HDMI from my xbox into the HDMI port on my laptop and went to the XBOX app on my laptop and the controller works it even let's me play cloud gaming games on it. I just don't understand why neither of the TVS are showing signal if it obviously works.

Is there any way to speak with an Xbox Customer Service representative?

I tested the game and I couldn't make it work as well, I believe it was removed from Game Pass.

I have only had the issue with that game. Those solutions did not fix the issue.

Is this only happening with the Long Dark game?

Please, change your connection DNS.

Follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.

If it still does not work, please, if you know how to do it, make a Wi-Fi hotspot router on your phone and connect to it.

That way we can isolate the issue, by testing another internet connection, using your mobile data plan.
