Xbox cloud not working properly

Hello, since yesterday i cant upload clips nor screenshots to the xbox cloud from my Xbox One, i receive the mobile and xbox notification saying it uploaded but it actually didn't, if i tap on the mobile notification it'll show me the "looks like you're stranded" message.

I can't delete clips nor screenshots from the xbox cloud either, they'll disappear while i delete them but after refreshing the tab they all come back. Cloud storage still has 41% free storage, restarting the console didn't do anything, i read that changing quality to 720p fixed it sometimes but i was already on 720p. How can i fix this?

After a short talk with support we figured out it was a local network issue, i unplugged my ethernet cable and switched to a mobile hotspot, everything started to upload normally while connected to the hotspot. Afterwards i went back to ethernet and it all started working again.

So if you're having the same issue, give that a try. I'm guessing it doesn't necessarily have to be a mobile hotspot, just gotta be any other internet source that you were not using.

Sorry to hear about what happened. I actually have seen this issue from other players recently already. I believe that this is a bug on their system where your uploaded captures (if uploaded manually) are not showing on your Xbox app on mobile and also can't delete them. I suggest that you instead wait and try it again at a later time.

You may as well report it or file a bug directly to Team Xbox via Report a problem app for them to properly investigate it. Check your guide here https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

Hi, i already did both things and im waiting for answers, but im still pretty much stranded since the problem persists.
