    Xbox cloud not working on windows app


    When trying to start a game via cloud streaming on the xbox app for windows PC, i get a black screen, the little spaceship doesn't appear, nothing. The thing is, this only happens on the app, and only on my desktop, i tried the app on a laptop and it worked fine, streaming through browsers also works on both desktop and laptop, but it's much slower than the app, anyone have a clue what might be wrong?

    You forgot switch pro it cam play in cloud via the xbox app or install on Windows 10 on it

    And the Logitech cloud device works too

    Game Pass Ultimate with 2 Windows logins

    I had the same problem and the only solution (not perfect but works) is to disconnect my account Xbox (on my session of Windows) on Xbox(beta) app and connect an other account. The Xbox (beat) app recognise the Xbox profile (gamertag) for different save,
    normally ans sync with the Cloud.

    Like you, if i use 2 windows session, the Xbox (beta) app want to download again the same game.

    Are XBOX services discontinued across devices (PCs, tablets, and phones) running Windows 8.1?

    OK. I don't know but it is possible that they are beginning to phase out connecting to XBOX cloud services on the phone as of yesterday, because in April, it was working quite OK. Support ends in 2023 for Windows 8.1. But they should make an announcement
    concerning the XBOX services. Because although support for Windows Phone 8.1 ended in 2017, the XBOX services were working quite well. They were still working for the phone even after the Store closed down. I don't know if it is a case where they are now ending
    the XBOX cloud services for all gaming apps on Windows Phone 8.1.
