    Xbox Cloud Mexico can't initiate


    Hello I just recently subscribed to GamePass Ultimate and received an invitation for xbox game cloud for android but for what I am aware is that in Mexico the installation its a bit different, so I just downloaded the Xbox Game Streaming (preview) app but at the start page it says that "we are moving to the xbox app" and a friend of mine told me that he just initiates the games from the xbox app but it seems I am unable to do that, when I try to play a game it just gives me the option to download to an xbox to use the remote play function but no sign of the cloud service

    You can't change the account region to Mexico, so you'd either have to buy a prepaid card or create a new account with Mexico as the region.

    I checked the game is Xbox play anywhere in fact I remember I initially played it on the cloud and then on pc but at the moment all the saves disappeared. Can Xbox check my cloud and see if there's an old game save?
