Xbox Cloud long queue times. could you guys fix this?

Wondering if you guys could help me. I have no problem downloading the game but when I go back online I have to do a game update which doesn't work. It queues itself multiple times and never starts updating. How do i fix that?

I haven't heard anything, but Microsoft urgently needs to fix this. Yes, I understand that this is in beta, but the queue times are ridiculous. A day ago my queue time was 245 minutes. That's four hours. My average wait time is around 60-110 minutes which is way too much. The whole point of cloud gaming is to have an easy convenient way to play your games and this is completely the opposite. It's really making me want to try other companies like GeForce or the cloud gaming that Sony/Playstation are doing.

Have you tried to talk to a rep? I'm 187 in the queue. It's going to be a long time.

Ok I understand that some issues take time to fix and I appreciate that you are actually looking into the problem but honestly, not to sound rude or anything, how long could it possibly take for you guys at Microsoft to get something so simple such as this
fixed...? I mean you could easily just add the "Unmute" option to our gamercard instead of just everyone elses...Right...?
