Xbox cloud gaming with poor performance

Hello everyone, i am having a problem with my xbox game pass ultimate, more precisely, the could gaming, that is the games are not running well even tho i have an excellent ethernet cable connection, my controller inputs and sound of the game seem...misplaced in time, i dont understand the cause of this, but can anyone try to say whats the cause

I hope i can find answers here.

yeah still does, going to try later on another pc but my hopes are not so high right now :/

There are several reasons why you might be having poor performance.

- The volume of people playing on the cloud this holiday

- Your area might be far from the nearest server

- Time of the day

- Xbox server issues.

The only resolution for this is to try playing on different devices or on your Web browser. If that doesn't make a different, just wait. It will sort it self out.

That's okay. Does the issue still persist? Is it the same across multiple devices you own?

thanks for the reply, just adding like some information about location. My friend doesnt live like that far from me ( 15 minutes in car ) but he has good performance but with a lower network connection.

Obsessive Power

May seem silly, but are you sure you have your Monitor/TV plugged into the RTX 2070 and not the other HDMI on back of the machine?

Are both PCIE power connectors plugged into the graphics card?

Did you build this machine, or was it pre-built?

Those frame rates are wrong as that is a very powerful gaming setup you've go though.
