Xbox Cloud gaming with Game pass on Microsoft account?

We can share our Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox by setting our account as Home Xbox, however, as of the moment, cloud gaming feature isn't shareable. Only the account that has the Game Pass Ultimate will be able to play cloud gaming.

As ngocphi has pointed out, you can't download X/S games to an Xbox One console. The account with the actual Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play these games via the cloud but cloud gaming is not sharable. It is a feature only available to the account with the subscription. A second account on the "Home" Xbox One will not be able to play any X/S games through the cloud unless they actually purchase Game Pass Ultimate.

You say that you have Game Pass. Do you have Game Pass Ultimate? Only accounts with subscriptions to Game Pass Ultimate can use cloud gaming. If you are gamesharing, only the account that purchased GPU can use cloud gaming.

Only accounts with Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions can utilize cloud gaming. Guest accounts cannot use cloud gaming.

Do you both have Microsoft Game Pass Ultimate? If so you can use the xbox cloud gaming by going to xbox.com logging in with your Microsoft account, go to the game pass section with cloud gaming (currently in beta) and click on Conan. This version is the same as on Xbox so any dlc purchased is linked and any single player games used will continue. In order to join a single player game game, it's easier if the one on the Xbox hosts. I use this frequently when I play and I do get a little lag and pixelation at times.
