    I am trying to play cloud gaming via www.xbox.com/en-gb/play however I'm getting a message saying "Sorry we are experiencing issues"

    It works on Oprea (slowly because Oprea is slow for me)

    I pass the checks on the website (Speed, Browser etc...)

    I don't know if its my hardware. I have attached a photo of my system info.

    If it helps I'm on the latest "Dev Insider" update, Windows 10

    Xbox Game pass (Xcloud) laggy and pixalated on high speed networks on Android.

    I can use the xbox cloud on browser in germany. Edge at that. No problems, quality is fine.

    Running this via App on PC OR the box itself does not work.

    For me it seems they have different servers on that matter, and the ones using the app are just overcrowded.

    Hi there!

    To confirm, your son uses the Xbox app to access games on cloud gaming?

    Please try it on the internet browser (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge) via xbox.com/play if it does the same thing.

    Be sure to check the PC region by going to the PC Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

    My game pass has stopped working and it was working a few days ago my subscription is all paid up. I'm not getting any help from the Xbox help team, the website keeps making me go round in circles

    Kindly check if you can play your games using MS edge on your Xbox via cloud gaming by signing in at Xbox.com/play so we can further check if your game pass is working.

    It should function similar to Steam and XBOX 360's cloud saves now. There's a local copy that syncs to the Cloud when you finish. There's also conflict resolution which lets you choose if you use your local save or cloud save if you go offline and then reconnect.



    Cloud saving on Steam is very convenient. I can start a game on my gaming PC, then switch to my Razer Edge while out and about, then switch back to my gaming PC when I get home.
