Xbox Cloud Gaming login issues IOS

I also am unable to log in for Xbox Cloud Gaming. I am using an iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 15.7 which indicates as up to date when checked for updates.

For additional troubleshooting context, the exact page that loads when attempting to sign in is "https://www.microsoft.com/library/errorpages/smarterror.aspx?correlationId=" followed by a string that changes each time I attempt to log in. I get this same error page when attempting to log in at Xbox.com from my PC as well.

I'm seeing the same issue on Linux (Steam Deck) and Android (Samsung A72), although the Game Pass app works fine on the latter (because it has a cached login, presumably; I just tested with it to see if the issue was just on my Steam Deck).

It's not just cloud gaming, either - *any* login on Xbox.com (the front page, the store, whatever) results in being redirected to the same error page.

Edit: Microsoft.com logins work fine (clearly, as I'm posting here), and even support.xbox.com works OK, but anything on www.xbox.com is broken.

Please double check if your iPhone is up to date. Right now the latest iOS version is 16.1, double check this via Settings > General > Software update

If an update is available please proceed, once completed try using the cloud gaming feature.

If maybe the issue persist delete the cloud gaming bookmark . For this you just need to long press the icon > delete bookmark

After that, open safar and go to Xbox.com/play and add it again

Same issue here on iOS and Steam Deck.

Haven’t been able to sign-in for hours.
