xbox cloud gaming keeps saying unable to comunicate with servers

Is there a problem with cloud share? I am unable to save my data to the cloud, as it keeps saying it is unable to access the cloud server.

Perhaps you have problem cnnection to the internet

Can Be some Problem with you Internet Providor with the comunication with the BL3 Servers or Xbox Servers. Try open a Ticket with the Provieder Internet

To restore your game save files from the cloud, you need to have cloud saves enabled on your platform. Steam and Xbox Game Pass will automatically download your game progress from their online cloud servers for all your game data. I would assume since the game was force-closed, it was unable to save your progress.

At times im unable to join multiplayer games ie forza ( keeps failing to join/host) and bf4 says im in a server and connected to a game but im sat at the home screen with it not allowing me in.
