    Microsoft Edge on console is not designed to be used with the cloud, you access the cloud directly through the game's product page on the store. This is likely why you're likely having issues.

    Please try doing a hard reset of the console. If the issue still persists then you need to book service/repair for the console.

    Please do the following steps: Complete all pending window updates. Run SFC and DISM system scans. Clear all the temp files and prefetch files from your device. Uninstall unused or 3rd party apps from your device. Clear all browsing data and cookies from the browser. Hope You will get the fix.
    I meant for xbox/ console. I use mircosoft egde on xbox (no pc)
