Xbox cloud gaming has Narrator forced on. (read the whole post please not just the title)

We know how inconvenient it is to hear the screen narrate turned on when you play a game. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

Based on your description, you are hearing screen narration when you are in game however, upon checking the settings for narration it is disabled. We would like to know what games you are trying to play that plays this narration.

May we ask if you have checked the game's settings for accessibility if the narration was turned on? Or was it the Xbox settings narration was enabled?

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. Just to clarify, are you referring to an in-game narrator option for the game Forza Horizon 4? If so, are you referring to the Anna voice over feature in the game? If not, then please specify as to what narrator
you are referring to because the only narrator option is the one that XBF Leo G recommended you look into.

sorry to hear.

I think the narrator on Xbox One was switched on. Please read
"Use the Movies & TV app with narrator on Xbox One" to turn off.

Hi, I already read your whole post.
But you didn't answer my two questions.

When you exit the game, do you mean go back to the title screen? Or fully close the game?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

If Narrator is disabled from your Xbox system settings, then the Narrator setting in Minecraft was enabled. I found from this

thread that to turn it off, from the main menu of the game go into Settings and then Accessibility.
There you will see two options, turn them both off and that should do it. I belive it should read as "UI Screen Reader" or something related to Narrator.
