Xbox cloud gaming glitched?

Thanks for the update, just to follow up.
Are you able to open the game right now via cloud gaming (in the Xbox app) or not yet?

If the issue persists try this:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and try again

What's the game that you can't play with cloud gaming? (I can only see one picture but is not clear to mee the exact game)

Hello the game is for honor, i think its with the marching fire expansion in it too. using that website you gave me Xbox.com/play I was able to get in, i did not do any troubleshooting steps, i have although tried closing and reopenning the app as well as shutting down and restarting my pc, although this did not fix the app itself, I had the app open and once again it didnt work, i closed the app, opened the website hit play on the website, played there for a bit, then reopened the app and it once again worked, maybe each time i open the website and play via there it fixes it, if the issue occurs again i will try to redo what i did (opening website, play game on website, exit website, and reopen xbox app) if its not fixed then maybe it is a coincidence, i do remember the problem happening last night too, this morning it showed up for me but i was unable to play at that time, by what i see it may also just not work sometimes and other times it does, thank you, lastly i rerolled the surprise me to see if itl pop up there but after like 40 mins of it, it never popped up (the game) either its bad luck, or when the thing occurs it will not let me. thank you.

No one knows how to fix these glitched achievements. It's Microsoft's cloud servers that are at fault. I have three glitched achievements on two different games.

I tried that. Must be a major glitch with my xbox or with the cloud. It only gives me the option to delete internal game saves. I am connected to the internet and signed in. I have no way to access my cloud saves. This is crazy.
