Are you able to record a video to understand a bit more your problem?
Also, please tell me where are you experiencing this issue, on PC, Xbox or phone?
When the issue started to happen. Is this only with fortnite, and tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this

are Microsoft have some issues with the cloud system ?

The German website xboxfront says the low download speed is because of the cloud

I don't use the cloud, so this will permanently delete all game saves/profiles for anyone who doesn't

Hey there.

Sorry to hear that you have lost your save of your game. there is a few things we could try to help get it back.

1. Try a hard reset of the xbox.(By holding the xbox button in untill it beeps 2 times then let go and then reload your game) on loading it should re sync your cloud save.

2. Try removing and installing the game and once done and loaded it sync your data they saved in the cloud.

I would rather them just give mobile AA or something. I'm fine with a nerf of the choppers or whatever vehicle I just wish it didn't always come in the form of BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP the entire game.
