Are you not able to see the language option inside the game?
Some games allows to use a different language inside their settings

If not, please tell me:
Is this happening on the Xbox PC app? Or is this happening on xbox.com/play ? (or both)
Are you using a VPN, firewall, proxy or similar service?
If you try using a different device something similar happens with this game?

And what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

It is happening on both the PC app and the browser.

I have a VPN on my computer, but it is disabled.

I don't use it on a different device.

I changed my account and computer's location to the UK to see if it worked, but it didn't work either.

Are you not able to use a different device for this purpose?

Could be a mobile phone or another PC

In the meantime, please delete completely your VPN software (temporarily) and try again

(I was trying to replicate your problem, but the game appears in English - I'm located in the US)

Dishonored (360) is not the problem ! The Definitive Edition (ONE) is !

The problem is, that Bethesda published an "english, french, spanish" version and a "french, italian, german, spanish" version. But the language for the Definitive Edition in the german and austrian store was based on the "english, french, spanish" version.

So if the game does not support the language, it doesn't matter what your console is set to !

Let's just wait what the Support will tell us ! ; )
