Xbox cloud can’t hear recorded game play ?

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search in Xbox support and I found a publication where it mentions some steps to solve this problem of not being able to listen to the recorded games and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account:

If you're in a group while playing and others can't hear you, your audio may be muted. To unmute:

While in the game, select the More Actions (…) button.

If the Muted icon is highlighted or crossed out, it means your audio is muted. Press the icon to unmute.

Additionally to this, if it doesn't work you can try this change:

If the active game or application is silent or very quiet when using Kinect in a group chat or Skype call, the chat mixer may be set to hear only the conversation. To adjust the sound level during communication, adjust the chat mixer settings:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings > General > Audio output & volume.

Select Additional Options > Chat Mixer, then choose one of the options.

I just log in on safari and put xbox cloud gaming in the homescreen and play. But sometimes i can’t play fortnite because i can’t Click anywhere

everything is normal,i can hear the voice

and the inspection hasn’t a issue

the problem is the screen record video can’t record the voice from my mic

means when i record , my friend can hear my voice

the video record anything but my voice

I can’t access my xbox right now because it’s overseas.

It’s not downloadable for Xbox one users which sucks for people like me in rural areas who can’t play cloud gaming at all
